Essential operation
The page needs its own files (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and images) to display the trade screen. Those requests are how the site is served. They are not an advertising profile.
Consent banner
A banner offers two choices: Accept and Essential only. Either choice is stored in this browser as localStorage key local-cookie-choice so the banner can stay dismissed. The site does not set a third-party advertising cookie from that banner.
How to change the choice
Clear site data for cs2traderstart.com, or delete the localStorage key local-cookie-choice, then reload the page. The banner is shown again when that key is missing.
Privacy
How the Steam OpenID identifier is handled is described in the Privacy page. Steam may use its own cookies while you are on steamcommunity.com.
